Blazon: I blått en sølv tørnbolt. In English: Azure a mooring bollard argent.
Approved by the royal resolution of 14 July 1989. Unlike it was previously
reported, the municipal mayor claims that the design was Jorunn Thomassen. in
early 1970's.
