Ottersum is a former municipality, now (since 1 Jan 1973) part of Gennep,
Limburg province in the Netherlands.
Flagdescription: Four equally wide horizontal stripes red - white -
yellow - blue, with in the center, high two stripes, the municipal arms.
This flag was not official, but was used by the municipal council.
In the colors one has to se the composition of the Dutch and provincial
flag, as well as those of the municipal Coat of Arms.

I've used the Koffie Hag image from Ralf
Hartemink's site, where we read that the saint on the blue field is
Saint John the baptist, carrying away a lamb from sheers on the golden
field.
Nickname: bazen, 'cause they always want to be the boss.
