The Namibian navy uses the Namibian national flag as its ensign.

The Namibian Naval jack is white with the National Flag in the canton and with the badge of the navy in the fly. Despite its appearance this is not an ensign; the Namibian Navy flies the National Flag as its naval ensign (as confirmed here).

The emblem used on Jack is different than the Navy emblem. The coat of arms is placed over the anchor, and rope is yellow instead of blue.
