António Kitabulu Teixeira reported on Lusovex about new Mozambican municipal
flag.
It is Vilankulo (or Vilankulos/Vilanculos), an affluent sea-side resort near
Maputo. According to him, this is a "rich" municipality, as they have enough
money to own three flags: two copies of this plus the national flag.
The municipal flag is green over light blue with a wide white stripe overall
slightly curved upwards towards the fly. Emerging from the blue stripe onto the
white area, with tails invisible, three marlins facing the center of the flag
(the middle one seen from the back), strengthening the "landscape" design of the
flag: blue sea, white sand, green land.
