It appears Río Bravo does not use a municipal flag.

The coat of arms was adopted during the term of Municipal President Juan Antonio Guajardo Anzaldúa (1993-1995). The border of the shield is scrolled, in brown, and has a ribbon above. As for the inner area, the upper-left depicts a cob of corn for agriculture, the upper-right depicts sorghum, with a torch under it for work. The center depicts a cogwheel for industry with a book inside of it for education. To its left is a flower for its flora. Under this is a transmission tower that gives electricity. Under the torch (right) is a factory also for industry; under this is a color palette and two paint brushes for creativity. The cogwheel in the center empties into a canal, with a handle controlling it over it.
