The council informed me they could not find information regarding their coat of arms. The border is scrolled, reading at the top MANTE. The inner area is divided into two halves; at the top is a cogwheel for innovation and a tractor for agriculture. The left side depicts a cob of corn (top) and a plant growing on a hill, with the sun also visible. The right side is divided into two halves; the upper half depicting an industrial building, with a smokestack and funnel visible, mostly referencing the sugar industry here. The lower part depicts a bovine in front of hills and a grassland, by a river (the Mante River).
