Seen on Gozo in 2008, a bi-coloured flag, like the Maltese flag, but with the
red half coloured blue. There was no decoration on the flag.

I can confirm the existence of this flag. It is always hoisted on religious
fiestas. It might have to do with St. Mary, whose colour in Malta is usually
blue.
