It is a yellow and blue gyronny flag having sixteen gyrons with the coat of
arms in its centre.
Description of coat of arms:
The silvery (= white) shield is divided by three blue fessy,
wavy lines and topped by a blue chief with a golden (= yellow) 6-point star in
its centre.
Source: I spotted this flag in Mġarr harbour area on Gozo

Horizontally divided flag, the top stripe about half as wide as the bottom one. The top stripe is blue with a yellow six-pointed star, the bottom stripe is made of six horizontal white and blue wavy stripes.
