There seems to be an update to the Mauritania NOC logo and flag, according to
https://www.facebook.com/cnosm.mr/photos/491798405578981. The logo was
simplified, but still it is placed in the center of a white background.

A white flag with the logo centred. From
http://rimsport.net/node/3255. It is
of note that the logo used by this NOC is different than what is used on their
websites and social media (https://www.olympic.org/mauritania).
