L'Ajoupa-Bouillon (Martinican Creole: Lajoupabouyon) is a commune in Martinique, with 1,750 inhabitants on 12.30 km².
Ajoupa-Bouillon takes its name from Jean Gobert, Sieur de Bouillon, originally from Languedoc and living in the Marigot region of Martinique, where he died in 1680. He would have had built on the edge of the road linking Morne-Rouge to Grande -Anse, an ajoupa (makeshift shelter in the Carib culture), a refuge much appreciated by travellers.
