The statutes of the Motorcycling Federation of Macedonia (MFM) were adopted by the association's General Assembly on 22 December 2008.
Per Article 1 of the Statutes, MFM is established as the sole national
motorcycle sports federation, governing the rights, duties and
responsabilities of its member clubs. Per Article 3 of the Statutes,
MFM is a non-profit association based as Skopje and affiliated fo the Motorsports International Federation.

The symbols of MFM are described, quite redundantly, in Article 6 of the MFM's Statutes.
MFM shall have a flag, emblem and logo.
The emblem of MFM is a stylized fleury shield surrounded by a yellow border and a thin black outline. In the middle of the emblem is the flag of North Macedonia with, in the middle, a motorcycle wheel with two bird wings stretching out of the shield. Below the wheel are two crossed chequered flags also stretching out of the shield.
The flag of MFM is made of the MFM emblem [emblem's description repeated in full in the original text, snipped here] placed on a red field in proportions 1:2.
