The flag of Sopište (photo, no longer available online) is horizontally divded yellow-red with the municipal coat of arms of the center and the name of the municipality in the yellow stripe.

The former flag of Sopište (Macedonian Ministry of Local Self-Government website, page no longer online), is vertical, vertically divided, left white with the municipal coat of arms in canton, right a half Macedonian sun (a yellow disk in the center of the flag, therefore overlapping on the white field, five yellow rays and a red background).
