Loeak held on Nov 11 a nice display of Lib, Jabat, Namu, Kwajalein,
Ailinglaplap, Jaluit, Namdrik, Ebon and Rongelap flags. I've seen all these
flags before but it's the first time I've seen the other two flags that were
displayed. My wild guess is that the one with the lettering Mojen Eo An Litokwa
could be that of the Paramount Chief's domain.

I think you are right about the Mojen Eo An Litokwa flag.
