The flag features a Royal Blue background with the initials of the KYC on the left. The symbol incorporates the natural geographic shape of Kwajalein Island into an old-style anchor used by sailing vessels of old. The KYC commissioned Melissa Dethlefsen to come up with a design that included design elements from the original flag, while at the same time, displaying a more modern design theme. Several designs were presented, and this design represents the choice of the KYC Members.

The burgee of the yacht club was light blue with a white border. Letters K Y C in white are placed in a triangle pattern above
the geographical map of Kwajalein, in white.

Mayson Kaye repots from info by Peter Edwards a similar burgee, differing only in that the blue colour used is dark blue, and that the map is "voided" (i.e. outline only). 7 June 2004
That flag (and its variant?) has been retired (about 2 years ago).
