So far, I have not noticed that the ministries in Montenegro use flags, but
there was one for the Ministry of Sport. That flag is no longer in use because
the Ministry of Sports has been grouped since 2020 and renamed the Ministry of
Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
The flag was white, vertical, with the state coat of arms and the text at the
bottom. The text reads: Government of Montenegro, Ministry of Sports.
