The flag and arms of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate, adopted by
Order No. 31 issued on 29 March 2019, were registered on the Armorial General of
the Republic of Moldova by Decision No. 156 issued on 23 May 2019 by the
Heraldry National Commission and published on 6 July 2019 in the official
gazette, No. 218-222, Article 1,104.
The flag is composed of a
rectangular (2:3) cloth, azure blue, charged in the center with a yellow gliding
eastern imperial eagle (Aquila heliaca) per bend sinister.
This ia a
banner of the inspectorate's arms.
