signed on 16 February 2022 by the President of the Republic and published on 25
February 2022 in the official gazette of the Republic of Moldova, No. 53-59.
Article 1.
The flag and arms of the town of Taraclia, approved by
Decision No. 7/2 issued on 10 December 2021 by the Town Council of Taraclia
(Appendices No. 1 and 2), shall be registered in the General Armorial of the
Republic of Moldova.
Appendix No. 1
Coat of arms of the town of
Taraclia
Gules a lion rampant or plowing with a plow of the same. A base
argent a Tarac emblem azure.
The shield surmounted by a five-towered mural
crown argent.
Supporters: A man and a woman standing, wearing Bulgarian
national costume proper..
Motto: On a scroll argent capital letters gules, in
Bulgarian: "БУЛГАРСКИЯТ ДУХ Е НЕПОБЕДИМ" (Bulgarian spirit is invincible).
Appendix No. 2
The flag is a rectangular cloth (2:3), divided into five
green-white-red-white-green stripes (1:1:4:1:1), charged in the center of the
red stripe with a yellow lion rampant plowing with a yellow plow.
