December 17, 2009 (approved by the National Commission on Heraldry on June 18,
2009). The author of the coat of arms and flag is S. Andriesh-Tabak, the artist
is Yuri Kaminsky (Caminschi).

The flag is divided by a line of division nebuly 1:2 white and red, with a red rose in the canton.
