The supposed old flag
I believe (at
http://vart-pmr.narod.ru/museum.html) is not a real municipal flag. The
inscriptions read: "For the Transdnistrian Moldovan Republic", "City of
Dubossary" and "Rayon of Dubossary". With my socialist-communist experiences, I
can say: "Such flags were in the Eastern European states and in the German
Democratic Republic into a huge quantity. This flag is no city flag."
