The district flag is three horizontal stripes: blue, white and blue (1:2:1), in
the center of the white stripe there is a red boat - "dubas". The flag was
approved by the National Commission on Heraldry on September 24, 2004 and
approved by the District Council on October 24, 2004. The author of the flag is
S. Tabak, the artist is I. Kaminsky.
