I have found misprint on official Regulation Talsi municipality flags of 2013
Cite (latvian lang.):
"20. Valdgales pagasta gerbona apraksts
...
20.2.Gerbona krasas ir: Pantone 186 C (sarkana), Pantone 877 C (sudraba) un
Pantone Black C (melna)".
[correct description of Valgale parish COA. the COA have red shield - Pantone
186 C - with argent figure - Pantone 877 C - and black lines - Pantone Black C ]
