narrow golden stripe, fringe is golden, finial is a golden knob
with two rings and golden bands. The charge represents the
printing house that worked there in 1611-1660: it was one of
earliest printing houses in Lithuania, notable as the important
point of development of literary of the Belorussian language and
of Orthodox religious literature.
