golden backwards-looking eagle holds a golden fish. Flag
proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with a narrow golden stripe,
finial is a golden tip. The eagle refers to the rare ospreys
(Pandion haliaetus) nesting nearby, the fish refers to fish
farming which a major local business.
