tar-making baskets two over one. Flag proportions 10:11, free
edges bordered with red rope, finial is a silver lance head with
red bands. The charge and flames reflect the traditional local
business of tar-making, from which the name of town originates:
"deguciai" means "tar-makers" in Lithuanian.
