Tauragnai (Utena District) - on a red field the arms of
Tauragnai: upon a castle-mound a standing wild ox. Flag
proportions 5:6, fringe is silver, finial is a silver arrow head
with two rings and silver bands. The ox is canting: the name of
town originates from "tauro ragas" ("horn of wild
ox"). The castle-mound refers to the impressive Tauragnai
castle-mound.
