Grinkiskis (Radviliskis District) - on a blue field a
kneeling golden angel holding a silver lily with three
flowers. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with
narrow golden strip, finial is a golden knob with two rings and
golden bands. The angel reminds of the most famous folk
sculptor Vincas Svirskis, as one of motives of his creation.
The lily attributes the local church of Blessed Virgin Mary.
