From Album 2000 [pay00] -
Brigade Commander (1:5) - Pennat consisting of the national flag
at hoist and tapering swallow-tailed white part at fly, contining
two red stars (of the same shape as in the previous flags) next
to each other.
Note by the picture refers to Balton markings, which are, I
guess, used insead of the national markings when appropriate.

From Album 2000 [pay00] -
Division Commander (1:5) - Same as previous, but with single
star. It may be noted that "division" here is not the
division in the meaning of "western" terminology
consisting of several brigades, but the "eastern"
division - naval unit of size less then a brigade. Similar in
many other Central and Eastern European countries.
