Graziskiai (Vilkaviskis District) - on blue field man with
fancy dress of mounted officer. Flag proportions 5:6, fringe is
golden, finial is golden knob. The charge means the local
variation of Lithuanian customs of Shrovetide: Syvis, one of
characters of traditional masquerade. This character is not known
elsewhere in Lithuania (most likely it came to Graziskiai from
Poland).
