is according to my personal observation from the flag show of
Mindaugas coronation 750th anniversary. The coat of arms is drawn
according to image from the book: The Heraldry of Lithuania.

On a white field the arms of Kaisiadorys: four stylized
horses. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with a black
stripe having tight skewed stripes of silver, red and white,
finial is a silver arrow head with a ring, staff is black. The
arms symbolize the railway as the major factor of growth of the
city.
