lion on all fours with red pistol, on green terrace three golden
plants. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with tight
golden strip, finial is golden knob with two rings and golden
bands bent through upper corner of hoist. The charge of arms
granted in 1792 should symbolize courage, power and justice, also
defence using power.
