Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine native to India. Sri Lanka has
its own indigenous Ayurvedic system. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sri_Lankan_Ayurvedic_tradition. The flag must
be the Ministry's flag or the Minister's personal flag, as shown on a photograph
available on the Ministry website:
http://www.ayurveda.gov.lk/Ministry.htm. Three table flags are shown, the
Ministry's, national and (most probably) Buddhist flags.
