It has its own logo and flag.
Malate district has 11 Divisional Secretariats. Many of them uses the
Generic logo, but some has their own emblems, and possibly all has flags.
Here is a photo showing 13 (if I count them correctly), which certainly shows
Sri Lanka and Matale District flags, and I assume the others are 11 divisional
flags.

The Matale District has 13 local authorities - 2 municipal councils [MC] and
11 pradeshiya sabha [PS].
1. Ambanganga Korale PS: Generic logo.
2. Dambulla MC: Has its own emblem.
3. Dambulla PS: Has its own emblem.
4. Galewala PS: Generic logo.
5. Laggala PS: Generic logo.
6. Matale MC: Has its own emblem.
7. Matale PS: Has its own emblem.
8. Naula PS: Generic logo.
9. Pallepola PS: Generic logo.
10. Rattota PS: Has its own emblem.
11. Ukuwela PS: Generic logo.
12. Wilgamuwa PS: Has its own emblem.
13. Yatawatta PS: Generic logo.
