Citation: The "Green Without Borders" is a Lebanese environmental
organization dealing mostly with forestation in southern Lebanon. In June 2017
and October 2018 an Israel Defense Force (IDF) spokesman reported that the
organization's facilities and activities near the Israeli border serve as a
front for Hezbollah military operatives disguised as civilians.

From an article discussing the "Green
Without Borders" organization, a likely white-field flag variety of the known
peach-colored "Green Without Borders" flag. (In analyzing the article, if this
were a Hezbollah flag atop this environment-observation building -- and being so
close to the Lebanon-Israeli border -- it would have probably been "neutralized"
by the Israelis.)
