Located in Suita City Osaka Prefecture and established in 2014.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has navy blue background with a gold and silver emblem vertically written gold kanji university name in gold fringe.
The university flag has navy blue background with a white and yellow emblem and white kanji university name written vertically. (Source)
The three overlapping triangles on the university emblem, the upper one symbolizing knowledge and the two lower ones virtue and body, respectively, signify the harmony and fusion of knowledge, virtue, and body, and that knowledge can only become true knowledge and wisdom when it is supported by virtue. At the same time, the three triangles also represent the three famous peaks within shouting distance from the university: Mt.Shigi, Mt.Nijo and Mt.Kazura.
The Chinese character "大學" is placed in the center of the triangle.
