The college flag has blue background with a yellow, light purple emblem and white kanji college name vertically written. (Source)
The college emblem is a combination of the motif of the local Katsushika City flower Japanese iris and the kanji abbreviation "聖栄大". The three petals at the top represent the three meanings of "enthusiasm," "sincerity," and "creativity.
