Located in Machida City Tokyo and established in 1963.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has red background with a gold and silver emblem in gold fringe.
The university flag has white background with a red emblem. (Source)
The origin of the university emblem is a combination of the rose flower, a symbol of love and purity, and the founding spirit of Knowledge (enlightenment of knowledge), Virtue (cultivation of moral character), and Art (refinement of skills), indicating that the founding spirit of Sumi Oe, the founder of the school, was to foster good members of society and family.
