Located in Machida City Tokyo and established in 1966.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold emblem and gold fringe. The university flag has dark red background with a white emblem and horizontally written in white, Kanji and English university name.
The university emblem is designed after the crown of thorns that was placed on Christ when he was crucified, and the three nails that were driven into his body.
It means "per patientiam ad gloriam" (through tribulation to glory), and expresses the love of Christ, who gave his life for the salvation of all mankind.
