Formed in 1995, the Nagano College of Nursing is a public university in Komagane, Nagano. The flag used by the university is a logo on a white background. The logo used on this flag is two young leaves, representing kindness and rich humanity, while the resulting waterfowl image represents possibilities and a broad perspective. The logo was created in 1994.
