Located in Kobe City Hyogo Prefecture and established in 1949.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold emblem and vertically written in gold with kanji university name in dark red fringe.
The university flag has purplish blue background with a white emblem in the center.
The university emblem is a stylized kanji letters “大學”.
