Located in Atsugi City Kanagawa Prefecture and established in 1975.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold emblem and horizontally written in gold, kanji institute name with fringe in gold.
The institute flag has white background with a dark red emblem and the institute name written horizontally in dark red kanji.
The three lilies on the emblem symbolize the mountain lilies, the prefectural flower of Kanagawa Prefecture, which bloom in Tanzawa.
