Located in Kiyose City Tokyo and established in 1958.
The embroidered ceremonial hanging flag has dark green background with a gold emblem in gold fringe.
The college flag has dark green background with a white emblem at the canton and white kanji college name written horizontally.
The college emblem was originally designed by Takeshi Oishi, who entered the school as a fourth-year student in 1951 when it was a junior college. The emblem consists of the Chinese characters "社" in "大學".
