Located in Choshi City Chiba Prefecture and established in 2004.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark green background with a gold logo mark in gold fringe.
The institute flag has dark green background with a yellow logo mark and yellow kanji and English institute name horizontally written. (Source)
The logo mark was designed based on the motif of "CIS" taken from the English word "CHIBA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE" and a wave design that represents the campus environment.
