Located in Bunkyo City Tokyo and established in 1991.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold and silver school emblem in gold fringe.
The university flag has green background with a white university emblem and white kanji university name written vertically.
The school emblem is a B mark in the center and SINCERITY, DILIGENCE, BENEVOLENCE in circular emblem with the name of the university in English and the year of foundation.
The university emblem is a traditional symbol that expresses the founding spirit of "women's independence" and the school motto "sincerity, diligence, and humanity" proposed by the late founder, Ms. Yoriko Shimada, in the motif of Mt.Fuji and cherry blossom. The University emblem was redesigned in the 1987 CI with the addition of the newly established B mark.

The emblem flag has green background with a white emblem without university name.
The emblem consists of a B mark and the Latin motto
SINCERITY, DILIGENCE, BENEVOLENCE (Sincerity, Diligence, Compassion) in the center. The emblem is a round shape with the name of the university in English and the year of foundation in a circle.
