Located in Ibaraki City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1964.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has purplish blue background with a gold emblem and vertically written gold kanji university name in gold fringe.
The university emblem is a design of the characters "大學" on a plum flower. Adopted in 1950 when the Junior College's English Department was established. Designed by Mitsuko Mochizuki, then Head of Academic Affairs.
