Sendai Domain ensign
Located at Miyagi Prefecture. Last lord's name: Date Munemoto. They used
white field charged with red nine stars as domain's naval ensign.

The flag has one big disk and eight smaller ones around it, more a flower
pattern than a group of stars to my non-Japanese eyes. It's slightly longer than
3:4.
