After serving Oda Nobunaga and being given Fuchu in Echizen Province, he moved to Etchu-Toyama. He served under Toyotomi Hideyoshi and became the lord of Kumamoto Castle in Higo Province. The war banner has white background with black four Meyuis in square shape.
