The village emblem was adopted on May 20th 1980 but there is no flag law.
The green flag has a white village emblem in the center.
The village emblem is a stylized kanji 北中 Kitanaka.
The circle symbolizes the village’s peace, cooperation and solidarity and
北中 does the village people’s collected wisdom and the exponential development to the future.
