The flag of China town is white with symbol.

The town emblem was adopted on Jun 23rd 1956 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a dark blue town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is stylized kanji 知名 China and a traditional Erabu lily flower.
They say they don’t use a black but a dark blue flag.
