The village emblem was adopted on Dec 25th 1973 but there is no flag law.
The maroon flag has a white village emblem in the center.
The village emblem is a stylized hiragana も Mo of Morotsuka.
It represents a reconciliation of the village, a wisdom, actions,
an unlimited development of the industrial culture and the everlasting peace.
