The flag of the town of Kawaminami is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Feb 11th 1953 but there is no flag law.
The white flag has a green town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized kanji 川 Kawa and katakana ナ Na.
It represents an enthusiasm cheerfully expanding outwards
and an exponential development and a reconciliation of the town.
